  • Suitable for those new to yoga or for those who would like to refresh their basic skills, this course is led by Frances who is a highly experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher.

    Iyengar Yoga is a very safe form of yoga with emphasis on precision in poses. Students learn through a carefully graded and systematic programme of asana (posture). Practicing yoga helps you overcome and prevent many stresses, strains, aches and pains. It promotes a firm foundation for health and wellbeing.
