WEEKLY TERM TIME CLASS: 18 April to 20 June
Tired? Tight shoulders, headaches, stiff lower back? Busy with the kids, long working hours, intense studies, can't sleep? Then relax, leave it all at the door and start your week well.
You will be guided through warm up techniques and postures working with the breath, with particular focus on those beneficial for each season. Practice is a flowing sequence of poses to music, unwinding patterns of tension, so you feel refreshed, calm and fantastic! Winter is a key time to ease into the spine, stretch out the back and front of the body and allow time to settle into poses mindfully. Class ends with deep relaxation or meditation.
Classes are held in Wing Tsjun Kung Fu Studio, a lovely light space.
