    Peace & Quiet Yoga Night

  • After a short break, Peace & Quiet Yoga Night is back.

    In this special evening, we surrender ourselves to the present moment, breathing deeply, moving slowly and restoring and rejuvenating from the inside out. The yoga flow is gentle and suitable for anyone.

    Simple Pranayama technique is performed to centre ourselves before meditation and a long deep relaxation – Yoga Nidra – at the end of this 2 hours session to bring ourselves to complete balance and connection of body and mind.

    As usual, homemade healthy snacks and refreshments are served after the workshop. A special evening to look after yourself and socialise with nice and peaceful people.
