Ashtanga Yoga General ClassWorkshop
This is an Ashtanga Yoga General class where you will learn
the traditional Ashtanga Yoga Method.
Each class will vary from week to week and we will work on a different aspect of the practice, breaking down postures in more details some weeks and then doing a 1/2 led class other weeks. However, it will follow the Ashtanga Yoga Sequence and method.
This class offers a great entry level into the Ashtanga Yoga practice and will also make a great refresher for those who haven't practiced for a while. It will equip you with the foundations of the practice so you can feel comfortable to begin a Mysore style class over time.
Mysore (self-practice) classes are run throughout the week as follows:
Mon - Fri 6:30am - 8:30pm at the studio with Cathy Moran from www.ashtangayogaglasgow.co.uk
Thursday 5:15pm - 7:15pm / Sundays 10am - 12pm at the studio with me
