Claire has practised yoga for over 15 years and loves how it transforms the way you feel. She specialises is Seasonal Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga.
She started her 200hr Teacher Training in 2007 whilst pregnant with her Daughter and found it difficult to continue with yoga classes whilst heavily pregnant. At that time there were very few prenatal yoga classes. Once a qualified Yoga teacher she embarked on her pre and post natal teacher training along with Hypno Birthing. Claire currently teaches Pre & Post-Natal Yoga classes on south-side of Glasgow and is one of Seasonal Yoga Leading Teacher Trainers.
Caroline is a mother of four and has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years, she undertook her first ante and post-natal training in 1992 when pregnant with her first child and since then has taught hundreds of pregnant and post-natal women.
Caroline spent 15years as a Course Director for YMCA Fit the premier training agency for fitness professionals, teaching pregnancy and post-natal training to studio and gym instructors.
As well as teaching classes she has trained both fitness instructors and midwives in Aqua natal and pregnancy exercise, as well as running CPD days in relation to exercise in pregnancy which were attended by midwives, physiotherapists, health visitors and other care givers.
After completing her yoga training, she went on to gain her pregnancy yoga qualification.
Caroline has worked closely with a team of community midwives to promote pre and post-natal exercise to help alleviate common ailments and promote socialisation.
